I am pleasantly surprised to see Aldar, the Abu Dhabi developer, launching this mega villa project next to Emaar’s Arabian Ranches 3 community. The concept of a community focused on sport and wellness is appealing and very well executed. Prices are very affordable compared with similar projects, and the success of Emaar’s neighbouring project bodes well for sales success and resale appreciation.
